They can address reservation changes, process print requests, and handle incoming and outgoing packages.

Personal Package Handling Services

All complete meeting packages include receiving and handling materials for your meetings.

Handling fees for personal packages are as follows:

Extra-large package (length + width + height = more than 72” or 182 cm) will incur an additional handling charge of $25 each.

Packages should arrive at Q Center no more than 7 days in advance before your check-in. An additional storage fee will be assessed for each package arriving more than seven days in advance.
