As difficult as it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle at home, it’s even harder when you’re on the road. Q Center has a wide variety of options to help you keep fit.

Healthy eating

Whether you’re watching your calories, counting carbs or looking for heart-healthy options, you can rest assured Q Center has plenty of choices for you.

Our conference dining rooms include a complete salad bar. Both dining rooms have healthy options clearly labeled on each buffet to save you time in selecting what’s right for you.

If you’re on a restricted diet, contact one of our chefs at 630.444.4328. They’re available Monday through Friday, 6 am to 8 pm Central time. Or, just ask any of our dining room staff to help you. We’re happy to provide assistance and consultation on the menu selections that are appropriate for your diet.

Fitness Center

Our 4,500-square-foot Fitness Center is open 24/7 to accommodate your schedule and access is complimentary for overnight guests. Featuring a large inventory of equipment, the Fitness Center offers:

  • Circuit strength training equipment
  • Free weights
  • Treadmills
  • Stair climbers
  • Stationary bicycles
  • Elliptical trainers
  • Rowing machines
  • Exercise balls
  • Private stretching area

Yoga

A 50-minute yoga class is offered most Wednesdays in our group fitness room. Check with the Front Desk for availability and pricing.

Fresh-air options

Take advantage of all the features of our beautifully landscaped 95-acre property and get fit outdoors. Sporting fields, running paths and putting greens are all at your disposal, enabling you to combine fresh air and fitness for a rejuvenating experience.
