Airport transportation
Q Center is 35 miles from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and 45 miles from Midway International Airport (MDW).
The best way to get to Q Center from either airport is by pre-arranged car service with our preferred vendor, A-1 Airport Limousine Service. You will need to give us your air travel details – airline, flight number, date and time of arrival, city of origin – at least 72 hours before you arrive. Check with your meeting planner if you’re not sure whether your ground transportation has been arranged.

When you land
If you have checked luggage, retrieve it at baggage claim first. Once you have your bags, do the following:
- Phone A-1 Airport Limousine Service at 630.833.3788.
- A-1 staff will give you instructions for meeting the car.
- Exit from the lower-level baggage claim area to meet the car. Drivers can be paid using either cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa.
