Your room is a private place to unwind after a day of meeting, gathering and networking at our conference center. Many rooms overlook the pond, landscaped grounds or wooded, pastoral scenes typical of our Illinois prairie setting along the Fox River.

You’ll be able to check email and catch up on the latest on-line news with complimentary wireless Internet access, available in each guest room. Flat-screen TVs are your in-room connection to your favorite programs.

Our Midwest conference center offers plenty of diversions once your meeting day has ended. Shoot pool, have cocktails, meet for coffee or enjoy complimentary Nintendo Wii games. Our many spacious gathering places also encourage you to join the kind of impromptu conversations that are so valuable for fostering esprit de corps. Or check out The Oasis spa – a perfect Midwest destination for relaxation with massages and hair services for men and women.

Staying healthy on the road can be a huge challenge – but not at Q! Take advantage of all that’s available: a fully-equipped fitness center, bikes, walking and running trails, and basketball courts to name just a few.
See the sights
With all the recreational resources available, there’s really no need to leave Q Center. But if you feel the need to roam, you may want to join one of the regularly scheduled off-site trips to shopping malls and movie theaters in the nearby St. Charles area. Or ask a Conference Planning Manager to enhance your conference with an excursion to a ball game, museum or a famous Illinois landmark. For example, Frank Lloyd Wright’s iconic Robie House is a short commuter train ride from our Midwest conference center.

Q Center is pleased to provide a smoke-free environment.
The Smoke-Free Illinois Act requires all public places and places of employment be completely smoke-free inside as well as within 15 feet of all building entrances.
Shelters are located at key public entrances for the comfort of our guests who choose to smoke. The shelters are built at a distance that is in compliance with the Act.
It’s our mission to give each guest the most comfortable and productive conference center stay possible.
