You’ll budget with confidence, knowing to the dollar what your meeting will cost. Q Center offers three Complete Meeting Packages and a Daily Meeting Package to ensure that everything you need for meeting success is included in one complete price per person.

Budget with Confidence

All of our guests enjoy the complete Q Center experience in the form of meeting space, food and beverage, technology, recreation, meeting support and guest services. In order to accommodate various meeting types and budgets, we offer three complete meeting packages. The only difference is guest room type.

All include: 

Guest room with high-speed Internet
Three types of guest rooms are available: Standard, Executive and Suite. We provide wired and wireless Internet in rooms at no additional charge. See guest rooms for details.

Meeting Space
Your meeting space is set to your specifications and available to you 24 hours a day.  See floorplans for details.

Audio/Visual Equipment
Standard equipment in your General Session room includes one LCD projector, overhead projector, VCR and monitor, and projection screen. See technology services for details.

Meals
We serve a buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner in our open-seating dining rooms. Guests may select from six different entrées at various chef-attended stations.

Continuous refreshment breaks
Every meeting package includes our continuous refreshment breaks. Located conveniently throughout Q Center, the refreshment breaks offer assorted beverages and snacks for you to enjoy during break times.

In the morning, coffee, teas, juices, soda and filtered water are available to quench thirst while baked goods from our in-house bakery, breakfast bars, fresh fruits and daily specialties satisfy any diet.

In the afternoon, the same beverage selection is available with freshly baked cookies, brownies and other treats. Appetizers are also on hand to keep everyone going strong.

Available 7:30 am-11:00 am and 2:00 pm-5:00 pm.

Internet Registration
Meeting-specific Internet registration site is available to capture guest room and ground transportation needs.

Recreation
Facilities and equipment at Q include a complete 4,500-square-foot fitness center, outdoor sports courts (basketball, tennis, sand volleyball, baseball, soccer), jogging/walking trails, bicycles and indoor game rooms.  See recreation for details.

Security and Emergency Response
Our Protective Services team is on duty 24/7 to provide property access control, roving patrol and emergency communications.

The Daily Meeting Package includes all of the above, except overnight accommodations, breakfast and dinner.
