Our many spacious gathering places also encourage you to gather with colleagues for impromptu conversations that are so valuable for fostering esprit de corps.

With all the recreational resources available, there’s really no need to leave Q Center. However, you may want to join one of our regularly scheduled off-site trips to shopping malls and movie theaters in the nearby St. Charles area. Or ask a Conference Planning Manager to enhance your conference with an excursion to a ball game, museum or an Illinois landmark like Frank Lloyd Wright’s iconic Robie House.

After meeting, gathering and networking, take time to unwind in your guest room. You’ll be able to check email and catch up on the latest on-line news, watch a favorite TV show or just observe the view. Many rooms overlook the pond and landscaped grounds, as well as the wooded, pastoral scenes typical of our Illinois prairie setting along the Fox River.

The Smoke-Free Illinois Act requires all public places and places of employment be completely smoke-free inside as well as within 15 feet from all entrance/exits.

Outdoor shelters are located at key public entrance/exits for the comfort of our guests with a smoking preference. The shelters are located at a distance from the entrance/exits that is in compliance with the Act.
