Christi Christides
Christi has been involved in catering sales and planning at high-end Chicago-area properties of all kinds. She also ran a successful catering business of her own, specializing in one-stop service for her clients — from tents to china and clowns to four-piece wind ensembles. Christi’s focus, energy, and enthusiasm have also helped her become a certified fitness professional in her “spare” time.
Service philosophy: “Every client should believe that he or she is my number one priority. I want them to know that I am as excited as they are on event day.”
Favorite type of event: “I enjoy using my experience, intuition, and creativity to develop a unique event that’s just what my client dreamed it would be. As a certified fitness professional, I also love finding ways to incorporate energizing activities and healthful foods into meeting breaks and business lunches.”
